Way back when I bought this gym from the original owner…something horrific and unexpected happened…

All of the gym members left with the original owner because they were already used to having him as their coach.

It sucked.

I found myself sleeping at the gym and getting really well aquatinted with rice, beans and top ramen…

We were just starting up as the new owners and we couldn’t afford to hire a marketing agency.

There was only one thing left to do.

Offer. The. Best. Coaching. EVER.

And that’s exactly what we did. Despite the really difficult times we were committed to provide, to the few members we had, the best CrossFit in town and help them reach their goals of losing weight and getting toned.

Then something magical happened.

People started talking. People were listening. People were coming through the door.


We knew that without the money to hire fancy PR firms or marketers, our best bet was letting the coaching do the talking for us. And it did. And it showed.
