CrossFit Cornelius

At CrossFit Cornelius it is our goal to redefine fitness in a competitive and motivating environment. C2 or "The Underground" is a community of people from all walks of life brought together under the belief that there has to be something better than "status quo". Our program is based on CrossFit methodology. This means we do constantly varied, functional movements at a high-intensity.

We believe in hard work, intensity, and motivation. We will provide you with a daily workout and certified CrossFit trainers to assist you through them.
