CrossFit Dedication is proud to have quickly earned the reputation as Dayton's premier CrossFit gym. Our state-of-the-art fitness center utilizes the CrossFit methodology to create varied, high intensity strength and conditioning workouts for members looking to tone up, lose weight, or just be in great shape.
