Crossfit Denham Springs

Class Schedule.
Mon-Fri classes will be the following:
5;30am and 8:30am,
2:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:45pm, and 7:00pm

Classes will start at the times stated above with a group warm-up. You must participate In the group warm-up to do the WOD!!! We warm-up together and workout together. WE ARE ALL ON THE SAME TEAM!!!

*Every Wednesday from 6-7pm is a Beginners/Introduction Class. This is a FREE class being offered by one of the instructors to help individuals learn about CrossFit and the movements of CrossFit. This is an hour long class and will end with a good workout for everyone to do.
All Saturdays will be "Bring a friend" day. Bring a friend with no strings attached. Just bring so the can see what all the good things Crossfit Denham Springs has to offer! Class will be @ 8:30AM.
