Crossfit DNR

Kody Knapp and myself, Kyle Knapp, were first introduced to CrossFit in 2009 when we were enticed to try the infamous “Filthy Fifty”. After a few modifications and near vomiting, we both decided from that point on, to give up traditional bodybuilding style workouts and commit to learning the CrossFit Methodology.

A year later, we gave up our memberships to a local gym and started to invest in equipment and train out of our garage with the goal of one day opening up a box. We gradually had friends join in with us over three years and eventually moved into our first facility and affiliated as a CrossFit gym in 2013. Three years later we felt we had out grown that space and made a leap into a much bigger and better equipped facility in 2016.

Our programs and coaching have grown to become the best around Northern Colorado (no biased at all) and we're proud of the crazy hooligan CrossFit community that calls DNR home.
