Crossfit Dominus

CrossFit Dominus is located on the border of Jacksonville, Florida and Orange Park, Florida. Our box has very experienced coaches who have been in the fitness industry for many years. Head coach Brooke Haas is an elite CrossFit athlete who made it to the 2014 CrossFit Regionals. Mark Hutchinson is another one of our amazing coaches who made it to the 2015 CrossFit Regionals.

At CrossFit Dominus we start members with fundamentals classes to teach the proper movements. You will be taught the proper ways to warm up before doing any workout (warm ups can be 20 to 30 min) this is the way one should always warm up. Class sizes are small and a coach is always there to watch for your safety and see that your using proper form. After classes we teach the proper ways to cool down and stretch. We also offer nutrition guidance. You will be a part of WODIFY, which is a app that you can login and track you performance everyday. Don't be intimidated by Crossfit Dominus we have a age range of customers from 16 to 60 + and all of our workouts are tailored to the athletes experience level.
