CrossFit training is for everyone, regardless of fitness background or experience. Because we base our workouts on foundational movements, every workout and movement is scalable to your needs. CrossFit is also not like your ordinary “gym”. Unlike most gyms where you come in by yourself and are left to figure out what exercises you should perform, CrossFit workouts are conducted in a classroom setting where coaches help you through every step of the workout. Basically, you receive personal training in a group setting.
