CrossFit Explosion is a 3000 square foot CrossFit facility located in Tualatin, Oregon – adjacent to Boom Fitness. Our memberships include access to Crossfit Explosion as well as the Boom Fitness facilities including showers, group exercise classes, and childcare*.

Here at CrossFit Explosion our purpose is to instruct and educate our members using the most current health and fitness information. Our role as coaches is to provide a fun and safe environment where we can teach members to become better in all areas of fitness. Our coaches are equipped with multiple teaching styles, thus increasing the ability to connect with members of all levels in the pursuit of excellence. Through continuous instruction we ensure proper movements along with steady progress to your fitness goals.

Our programming includes constantly varied, functional movements (pulling, pushing, squatting, lifting, running, etc.) executed at high intensity that is scalable to all athlete levels. Everyone from the Average Joe to experienced professionals need fitness and functional movements to improve quality of life, health, and athletic performance. Becoming part of the CrossFit Explosion community ensures you will become a healthier version of you while enjoying a safe and fun exercise environment.

Our experienced coaches at CrossFit Explosion will acquaint you with CrossFit equipment, powerlifting equipment, and Olympic lifting equipment to ensure superior results compared to what you would see in an ordinary gym.
We focus on technique and education, and improving all functional movements that you will use in your daily activities. One of the reasons this works so well is because our program is constantly changing and varied and you will never get bored with the same old workout.
