CrossFit Fig is dedicated to helping individuals in the Blue Springs, Grain Valley, Independence and Lee Summit area reach elite levels of fitness. Our training methods produce results for all levels of fitness.

CrossFit Fig is located in a 6,000 square foot gym that enables us to offer a variety of services including CrossFit and Personal Training. Our training methods have produced fitness on many different levels and for many different people including children, elite athletes, and everyone in between. At CrossFit Fig, we combine weightlifting, gymnastics, and high intensity cardio to help you achieve and go beyond your fitness goals. It is our goal to build a community that is full of friendly and fun, but hardworking people.

CrossFit Fig is the only strength and conditioning program that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills. At CrossFit Fig we aim to be supportive, competitive, and help show that anyone, no matter their fitness level can train harder than they ever thought possible.
