CrossFit Fire

CrossFit Fire is a strength and Conditioning facility located conveniently to the heart of downtown McHenry and just minutes away from Woodstock and Crystal Lake. We dedicate our gym to helping everyday people achieve the best health and fitness possible. Our coaches are nationally certified and highly trained.

Whether its one of our daily group classes or our many specialized courses, every workout is designed to deliver maximum results and effect in a safe and approachable manner no matter if you're an elite athlete or just stepping off the couch after some time away. We can help you.

Group classes are held Monday through Saturday. Classes are an hour long, and athletes will be coached through a variety of strength and conditioning workouts utilizing CrossFit methodology and principles.
