At CrossFit Santee our mission is to help each member achieve his or her fitness goals as well as inspire others in the CrossFit Community.
Our method to accomplishing these objectives is utilizing CrossFit, “Constantly Varied, Functional Movement, Relative High-Intensity”, to develop the Tactical Athlete. This doesn’t mean “Tactical” in the sense of Military or S.W.A.T. Anyone can simply get into shape, it is the Tactical Athlete who is able to learn and adapt to new skills, and perform those skills well, on demand or under pressure. The Staff of CrossFit Santee have many years of experience in various fitness disciplines ranging from CrossFit Coaching, Jiu-Jitsu, Coaching High-School Athletics, and Instructing Physical Fitness for Law Enforcement and Special Operation Units. We are confident that we will be able to mold each member of CrossFit Santee into a Tactical Athlete: One who is able to move the body as they desire with the least amount of effort while performing highly engaging activities. Not only does this method correlate with sport specific movements such as; running, swimming, catching, and throwing, more importantly, it applies to the activities of everyday life; playing with your children/grandchildren, mastering personal hobbies, confidence at the workplace, and an overall sense of fulfillment.
