CrossFit Giant II

Giant is comprised of a community of coaches fully dedicated to providing athletes of all ability levels, regardless of age or gender, the guidance necessary to find true success along the road to achieving and surpassing fitness goals. The greater CrossFit Giant community is supportive and encouraging, allowing for a welcoming start for new athletes.

Our Englewood location is a 5,400sq ft. facility complete with 3 showers in each the men’s and women’s bathrooms, a locker area and daycare room. We are located at 250 S. Van Brunt Street in Englewood and have classes throughout the day as early as 6:00am and as late as 8:30pm.

Our Edgewater location is a 3,000sq ft. facility with additional outdoor space that includes a Rogue Monkey Rig and strongman equipment such as atlas stones, tires, and more. We are located at 115 River Road in Edgewater, NJ and have classes throughout the day as early as 5:30am and as late as 9pm.

CrossFit Lite, CrossFit Kids, CrossFit Teens, Mobility, Gymnastics, and Olympic Weightlifting classes are all offered in addition to our regular CrossFit WOD classes. We also offer personal training in the areas of CrossFit, Sport specific Strength & Conditioning, Olympic Weightlifting, Pre- and Post-Natal, Advanced Goal Setting, Egoscue (body alignment training), Gymnastics, Mobility, Nutrition Counseling, and more.
