New to the CrossFit game? Smaller class sizes guarantee more one-on-one attention from trainers and coaches, as well as support from a team who wants to see you succeed. We offer classes at a variety of times to fit your schedule — making it even easier for you to get a workout in throughout the week. Members can also take full advantage of our open gym several days a week.
