What is CrossFit? CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements, performed at a high intensity. It is a sport of fitness. Can YOU do CrossFit?? Absolutely … it's for everyone!! Everyday the workout changes … this gets you ready for what ever life throws at you. Do you ever pick up groceries from the ground? That's a deadlift. Do you ever sit in a chair? That's a squat. Do you ever put away something on a top shelf? That's a push press. What CrossFit does is take everyday life tasks and incorporate those movements into a workout. Over time, as you become more fit, you will increase your weights and increase the intensity of your workout. It's that simple!!
