At CrossFit Infernal we practice what we preach. CrossFit has been a life changing discovery for each of us so much that we decided to pass our love and knowledge of fitness and nutrition on to others. We dedicate every day to building and maintaining a family atmosphere within our members! A place of support, motivation, results and most importantly..FUN. We teach small group classes that allow us to provide each individual the kind of attention they can't receive at a "globo gym". Each workout is 45 minutes or less and no two workouts are ever alike. We combine a blend of intensity and motivation in every class that you won't find anywhere else. Our passion for CrossFit comes through in everything that we do from our quality coaching to the in class support of our athletes.
