Crossfit Initiative

While we like to workout at high intensity, push ourselves, and have a good time. It's never at the expense of our 3 core principles.

First is Attitude. Attitude is something that we each have control over. Unlike emotions, attitude is something that can be controlled through practice and discipline. And the attitude that we promote is to be tenaciously positive toward yourself and others.

Second is integrity. Integrity is a consistent, and predictable trustworthiness. They say that the measure of a man is what he does when he doesn't think anyone is watching. And a man of integrity acts honestly and fairly regardless of who is watching and who isn't.

Third is movement. We are all at varying levels of ability. But we can all have an equal and laser-like focus on movement. We are always mindful of our movement and we always strive to move better.

These 3 principles are internal. But they each manifest themselves through our words and our actions. And they are central to who we are at CrossFit Initiative
