CrossFit Lake Nona is a fitness community dedicated to developing its members both physically and mentally. We are a strength and conditioning facility featuring CrossFit as our primary training methodology, incorporating sound, modern principles of fitness to accomplish the goal of creating some of the most well rounded athletes on the planet.
CrossFit Lake Nona is a motivating and positive atmosphere with safe and effective fitness programming for all ages and all levels. We coach our athletes in an energetic group format with available one-on-one training. We seek to show our members that fitness is an exhilarating lifestyle, and not a daily chore.

We believe that success is contagious, and that the success of one person translates to the success of those around them: fellow athletes, family members, and their community.
We are committed to the sharing of open-source knowledge through clear, direct, and professional communication, so that each member has access to as much information as possible in order to become a better athlete. That commitment began in us with a solid foundation of education and experience, and will grow with the continuing education and development of each coach.
