CrossFit Lifer

CrossFit Lifer is for experienced & committed CrossFitters who want the convenience of a Box with 24/7 Open Gym and the equipment necessary to train however they choose. There is no set class schedule for you to adhere to or work around - just lots of of space (indoor & outdoor) and everything you need to train for that next comp or else to just shave that last minute off of your Fran time.

Three WODs are posted each day on separate flat panel TVs for your convenience, so you never have to fumble around for something to do:

- Box WOD programmed by an experienced CrossFit Certified Trainer
- Competitors WOD (http://competitorstraining.com)
- CrossFit.com WOD

There is a weekly Friday Lunch WOD for those who would like to get their competitive fix, and ongoing rankings for those participants. A Barbell Club led by a top flight Oly coach is on the horizon as well, and seminars covering various topics throughout the year are in the works.
We are pleased to offer an environment where athletes can rub elbows and learn from each other, where iron sharpens iron. We think it will evolve into a very unique and productive environment for those looking to push themselves to the next level.

Foundations are required for new members who are unable to show competency in fundamental CrossFit concepts. Foundations are by appointment only. Personal sessions are also available by appointment.
