Our workouts follow an inconsistent pattern of reps, sets, timed and non-timed (functional) high intensity, constantly varied workouts designed to confuse your muscles and surprise your body, every time you workout! Our mission is to educate, implement, and personally instruct men, women and kids (ages 16 and above) of all shapes and sizes to lose weight and get fit all while having FUN! Not all bodies are the same and neither is our style of training! Each session is unique and programmed and scaled according to the groups maximum endurance and physical ability! Our coaches are students of the game. We are constantly learning, studying and researching to become the BEST we can be for the benefit of our athletes! We put our member's first. We are people driven, NOT membership driven. The proof is in the pudding. Our coaches are proficient in every form of our training: CrossFit's wide range of programming, i.e., Mobility, Olympic Lifting and Russian (American) Kettlebell Training.
