These are exciting times.
CrossFit Mountain Island is under new management and ownership. We are excited for the changes we are making. First and foremost, CrossFit Mountain Island will be a CrossFit Box and nothing else. Newly updated gym, equipment, bathrooms, ladies lounge area, mens lounge area, lounge/recreation room, a coffee bar and children's play area. Exciting times indeed ladies and gentlemen. Spread the word.
