CrossFit MudFish is a CrossFit Box focused on Constantly Varied, High Intensity, Functional Movements for all ages. We believe in family and helping others achieve their goals not only inside the box, but in life outside the box too. Those who decide to make the commitment will find themselves doing things they thought were never possible.
At CrossFit MudFish we train as a group, with everyone working toward a common goal. With the support of the CrossFit MudFish community pushing you, your goals can be acheieved. Most importantly you will be stronger, healthier, and be able to perform everyday task with functional movements, the way your body was built to move.
CrossFit MudFish is a an official CrossFit affiliate that employs the CrossFit method of strength and conditioning. CrossFit MudFish offers group or individual fitness training to any individual regardless of experience or fitness level. We have a broad schedule of class time offered each day. Our trainers are committed to providing quality coaching using methods that combine strength training with varied metabolic conditioning through weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and other unconventional, yet functional activies.
Classes have a group dynamic that is fun and motivating. We strive to create a community of fitness-minded people from all walks of life and provide them with world-class fitness coaching and peer support.
