CrossFit Nomad

Welcome to Madison's School of Elite Fitness. We believe in CrossFit and what it can do for you. Our programming consists of CrossFit to give you the best results. Each class is coach led with experienced staff and trainers and consists of a warm-up, mobility, a strength workout, and a metabolic conditioning workout. You'll develop new skills and learn something new in every class. It will be a challenge, but the reward is very high for those willing to put in the work
