"Begin Your Journey to Extraordinary!" CrossFit Odyssey provides private and group CrossFit instruction as well as Martial Arts, Cardio Kickboxing, Self-Defense, and Corporate Team Building.

We are a facility that serves the family as a whole. We believe that the most important piece in CrossFit and Martial Arts training is the character of the warrior. We incorporate physical fitness and nutrition with character building, ethical training and mindfulness training in all our classes for all ages.
