Jason Daniel is a Level 2 Certified CrossFit trainer from College Grove, TN. He has been a fitness trainer in Middle Tennessee for 12 years and is passionate about helping people of all ages attain their fitness goals.
Our purpose at CrossFit Old South is to help you grow stronger, perform more efficiently and effectively, and as a bi-product, allow you to look and feel your best!
We provide you with PERSONAL TRAINING in a group environment. Stop by and check us out, and you will see men and women of all ages flipping tires, climbing ropes, swinging sledge hammers, and having a blast doing it!

New members MUST ATTEND our Fundamentals On Ramp course prior to joining CFOS's regular classes. This four class course is scheduled on an as-needed basis (please contact James at 615.339.3033). This required element teaches warm ups, basic technique, how to avoid injury, terminology, and fundamental movements that are used on a daily basis in the regular classes.
