Crossfit Park City

CrossFit Park City was the first CrossFit affiliate in Utah and started with humble beginnings in 2007. We are a grassroots affiliate that started in the earlier days of the CrossFit “movement”. It has been an incredible journey starting from nothing, to seeing the lives of hundreds of people changed who have come through our doors. From daily programming in the affiliate, to sport specific work with teens and adults, kids classes, and elite competition, we have worked with a variety of populations. Few people are fortunate enough to have been involved with CrossFit as early as we have. We are grateful to be some of them and to share our experience with you.
CrossFit Park City offers a unique opportunity for their members due to the caliber of their coaches. Four of the five coaches have been with CrossFit Park City since 2009. Three of them work for CrossFit Headquarters Seminar Staff and travel the globe teaching Level 1 and Level 2 Seminars. Out of those three, two of them are Level 4 CrossFit Coaches and have helped to design content and seminars like the CrossFit Competitors Course for CrossFit Headquarters.
