Welcome to Pledge Fitness Physical Training. We proudly served our country, and we are now proudly serving our community. We are no ordinary gym, nor are we a boot camp. Simply put, we offer a revolutionary way of training that involves basic calisthenics to dynamic Olympic lifts. We believe that hard work pays off. Our training program is unique in that we do not focus on single elements of fitness, but rather our goal is overall optimal performance. Our pledge is to not only help our athletes attain an optimal fitness level, but to also make them ready for life's challenges and obstacles. We do not promise, quick easy results, but if you dedicate yourself diligently and continue challenging yourself, we promise endless possibilities.
