CrossFit Ponte Vedra

Our gym uses a home grown and constantly evolving progression to take a sedentary person from coach potato to CrossFitter. A CrossFitter, by our definition, is an athletic individual that is physically equipped to deal with all but the most extreme tasks. We could climb a mountain but not Everest, we could run a race but not the Boston, we could compete in a weightlifting meet but not win it. And the big takeaway is it could happen on any given day. We routinely turn average people into that person you remember who could do anything well. We train like a jack of all trades because that's what we want to be and that's what a CrossFitter is; we are a blend of a cardio-strength-mobility machine.
