CrossFit PR Star

CrossFit PR Star was established in March 2012 by Ryan Cage in his home garage. His goal from the beginning was to open a CrossFit “Box” and create a great community like the one he was involved in when he first started off! We are a community that welcomes everyone as family and never want anyone to feel embarrassed or left out. At CrossFit PR Star, no athlete is more important than another. We want to ensure that every athlete reaches their maximum potential and continues to set Personal Records (PRs)!

Our goal at CrossFit PR Star is to be an open and welcome community - we know that CrossFit can be intimidating! Any athlete, no matter what their fitness level, should enter a WOD (Workout of the Day) with an open mind and a sense of assurance that the coaches will make the correct modifications to fit that particular athlete’s fitness level. We teach technique and consistency, followed by intensity. We believe that getting stronger is important, but without correct technique an athlete is at risk of injury and will not be able to maximize their abilities.

We encourage friendly competition, but our top priority is that our members competitively work to improve their own fitness level. We love to see our athletes get excited when they set that new PR. We hope that you join us and become a PR Star…there is nothing sweeter than setting a Personal Record!
