CrossFit Pro Vita

CrossFit Pro Vita is a CrossFit affiliate that shares its home with Pro Vita in the Germantown neighborhood of Nashville. CrossFit is a pillar of Pro Vita’s programming and class schedule. By definition, CrossFit programming emphasizes constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity. CrossFit Pro Vita classes will be available throughout the day, six days a week. Each day a Workout of the Day (WOD) will be prescribed for all of the CrossFit classes. Each WOD will be posted to this Facebook page as well as www.crossfitprovita.com.
