CrossFit Prowess is a 6000 SF strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals, athletes and teams to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. However CrossFit Prowess is much more than a place to reach your fitness goals. It is a community of new found friends who encourage and motive each other through achievement.

Our objective is to teach you how to move better and achieve wellness through fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Each workout will be completed as a group with trainers teaching and then critiquing form. By properly learning the Olympic lifts, gymnastic movements and other functional compound (multi-joint) movements you will be able to perform better in life.

We specialize in not specializing; we provide broad general fitness for everyone. All are welcome; CrossFit is 100% universally scalable. Anyone of any age ability or fitness level can come and achieve what was previously considered impossible.
