CrossFit Quo Vadis is a premier strength and conditioning training facility. Combining new training styles and diet to provide true results. We encourage our clients to view their results beyond traditional measurables, beyond the scale or the measuring tape (though those things will change) your true come from the interior. Your new fitness gains will answer the question "Quo Vadis?" (where are you going) far beyond the physical, but in all aspects of your life.
Classes will include a warm-up, training session, and post workout cool down. Classes are 1 hour.
