CrossFit Rappahannock

In January 2015, Kent Ingalls alongside Steve Limox sat down with the vision of bringing their passion and commitment for CrossFit to the entire Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, and Stafford Area. What started with a few discussions over lunch turned into a great partnership with the establishment and creation of CrossFit Rappahannock (CFR). CFR brings CrossFit to the entire Fredericksburg area providing superior programming backed by experience and highly knowledgeable coaches.

Kent and Steve have developed a direction and plan that will make CFR one of the top CrossFit Affiliates in the region. Doubling its size in space, bringing in the areas top Coaches in not only CrossFit but also in Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, Strongman, and much more truly sets CFR apart from its competition.

When joining CFR you are not only becoming a member of a fitness facility but also a member of our community. The vision of CFR is to bring CrossFit to a location where our members can grow and excel together with a direct mission ensuring everyone has the most effective training to achieve any and all goals set forth.

A typical CrossFit session kicks off with group warm-ups and functional reviews of any movements required for the daily WOD (workout of the day). This allows athletes to not only see what they will be doing, but to break it down step-by-step and ask any questions they may have. You can also expect that once the WOD begins a Certified CrossFit Coach will be readily available for any further instruction, or just to push you past your perceived limitations.
