At CrossFit Reign we empower individuals by utilizing the International Method of Fitness – CrossFit.Our aim is to provide the community with a center designed to help you accomplish all of your health and fitness goals. By combining constant variation, high intensity, and functional movements in Workouts of the Day we produce dramatic changes in strength, endurance, and body composition. All workouts are universally scalable and easily modified, and involve functional movements which are performed in your daily life.

CrossFit Reign is a fun, supportive, and relaxed atmosphere that encourages all to live their best lives! From people who are highly competitive, to those maybe just looking for a good workout outside of the house, CrossFit Reign has classes that suit all! Our foundation is typically based around our daily group classes that put you through everything CrossFit has to offer. In addition to our flexible class schedules, we also offer special ladies night classes that are for women, and run by women to provide comfort, motivation, and community.

Our knowledgeable and trained coaches will not only help push you, but also support you throughout your CrossFit journey. With tons of personal experience, our coaches will mentor you with nutritional advice, endurance training, and a great attitude.
