CrossFit: Constantly varied, functional movement, performed at high intensity.

What that means is that the workouts are always changing, moving heavy load the longest distance in the shortest amount of time, and using movements from our everyday life that are safe and natural.

We combine strength and endurance training, Olympic lifting, running, kettlebell training, basic gymnastic skills and plyometrics into our workout of the day.

Every CrossFit workout can be scaled or modified to the athlete. Please do not let the workouts scare you away from trying it out. At CrossFit Relic we are a community and we want you to succeed and build relationships at the same time.
