CrossFit Riot

Our goal is functional fitness. We teach fundamental movements according to the CrossFit methodology- you will learn to squat, lift, pull, row, and throw. Our workouts combine these skills into fun, high intensity class. Your body movement, strength and endurance will improve greatly, along with your sleep, energy and overall health.
