What is CrossFit? CrossFit is functional movements, constantly varied and high intensity training program. The program is based around functional movements that will help your body reach success. These movements will be taught and understood by each memeber of the gym. The workouts will be constantly changing which as was keep you guessing from day to day. This will help your body from getting use to certain movements and workouts which will cause you to not see results. Every workout will end with a WOD (workout of the day) that will be high intense and help you improve your endurance. Every workout can be scaled to each individual. Please do not be intimidated because you can not do a certain movement as we can modify each movement to help you move forward in the process of reaching your fitness goal.
