Crossfit Rxd

The first thing you will notice when you enter CrossFit RXD is that it doesn’t look like your average Globo Gym. We don’t have machines, treadmills or ellipticals. Instead we use barbells, dumbbells, pull-up bars, gymnastic rings, kettlebells, tires, etc. We don’t have mirrors on our walls to stare at ourselves while we workout. Instead our walls have whiteboards, listing the workout, scores, and times of each of our clients. At CrossFit RXD it’s not about being fancy. It is about getting down to the business of fitness!
