Reisen Fitness is a athletic training facility in Burnsville, MN, serving the communities of the South Metro area.

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that is based on constantly varied, functional movements, performed at maximum intensity. Our workouts span the spectrum of time from a few seconds to 20-60 minutes and everything in between. Our specific programming focuses on increasing strength, cardio-respiratory endurance, power output, and flexibility across a broad spectrum of movements.

Our daily classes consist of a warm-up, workout, and flexibility/mobility session. Daily classes last about 1 hour and are available throughout the day. We offer 2x/week, 3x/week, and unlimited pricing as well as discounts for military, law enforcement, fire-fighters, and students. Daily classes develop General Physical Preparedness and is the best way to achieve your fitness goals.
