What is Crossfit?

Crossfit is defined as “constantly varied, functional movement performed at a high intensity.”

At our brand new 5400 sq. ft. Crossfit SPRAG facility, highly trained coaches make sure to implement varied and supportive training that guarantee results you can visibly see. Offering both individual and group training, you will experience the best of both worlds as you achieve personal goals within the supportive umbrella of a community.

All fitness levels are welcome, and thus, our group training is not about finishing first. Rather, it is about the common struggle and collective effort of every athlete participating in the workout. This motivating and inclusive environment helps new members quickly find their spot in the SPRAG family.

We offer monthly memberships without a minimum commitment requirement, and charge you based on the number of times you choose to participate in a week. We are very excited to announce our partnership with Human Performance Lab at UMHB, which allows us to give our SPRAG members exclusive access to nutritional, performance testing, and top of the line laboratory testing provided by the facility.
