CrossFit Studio City is not your typical gym. We do not have mirrors, treadmills, or weight machines. We do not read magazines, talk on cell phones, or watch television during our workouts. We do not do the same boring routines that produce minimal results.
Instead, we have knowledgeable coaches who ensure you are performing at your best. When we run, we run for real. We lift barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells. We do pull-ups, push-ups, and sit-ups. We climb ropes. We sweat and leave exhausted. We come back and do it again the next day.
