We are all in this together. We struggle together, sweat together, encourage each other, and fight for each others best! You are not alone!

We are committed to giving our absolute best, regardless of what that might look like day to day. If you’re not willing, you might consider going back to treadmills with Oprah cheering for you from the plasma.

If you have time to dance, chat, goof off, use the bathroom or do another WOD (workout of the day) during your workout – You’re not working hard enough.

Your WOD is complete when every last person has crossed the finish line. No man struggles alone!

What’s holding YOU back?

It will require all of you and it will require risk. In that place of courage you will fight for the person you long to be. Victory will introduce you to the man or woman you did not know existed.
