We simply advise that anyone that signs up with us and becomes a member, leave their egos at the door, give a 100% effort for the hour’s class time, and get to know the athletes within the box to really build a community base. Our goal as a coaching staff is to get you to thrive on this sport, not just survive, so that you can apply them to each and every aspect of life, whether it be fitness, nutrition or everyday survival. We treat this facility as if it were our own home and every person in it as if they were a member of our family, whether is be athletes, coaches or any visitor that walks in those doors. Our overall ending goal is to create a facility that successfully produces a breed of athlete that is full of confidence and dedication, and has fun doing so in the process!
