CrossFit Total Control is the biggest CrossFit facility in Jacksonville Beach, and one of the largest boxes in the NE Florida region! We are constantly adding and updating our equipment, and we have some of the coolest toys around. We have a wide range of class times to accommodate almost anyone's schedule. In addition to CrossFit classes, we also offer CrossFit Kids, Olympic Lifting, and Yoga classes weekly.
