CrossFit Total Empowerment

CrossFit Total Empowerment is a CrossFit facility in Carle Place, NY that believes in the complete empowerment of each member.

We train a wide range of athletes, from those who are looking to build on years of hard work to folks who might just be starting on their pursuit of increased physical activity. Our certified coaches are able to thoughtfully adjust workouts to your skill and fitness level.

An important part of what we do at CrossFit Total Empowerment is “constantly varied” workouts. This means that every day brings a different workout (or “WOD”), incorporating any combination of these elements. At CrossFit Total Empowerment, everyone (including you!) will practice technique and lift weights, jump rope, climb, swing kettlebells, work on squats, deadlifts and dips, and occasionally even do crazy things with tires.
