TreeTown Training Philosophy
Small Classes = Big Result! TreeTown was formed to only offer small group training session, (no more than 15 athletes per class) and through this we are able to offer more personalized attention to our members.
We are a community of fitness and health focused individuals working together towards a common goal!
TreeTown classes are a 1 hour long class, performed 2-6 days/ week. We focus on developing all areas of fitness: strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, coordination, power, stamina and agility.
We take nutrition, metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, weight lifting and blend them into a comprehensive program done at high intensity to maximize results.
Our workouts are designed to increase your ability to move properly and to develop your overall fitness and health.

Each workout is different, so you’ll never get bored doing the same old routine, keeping you coming back for more. Every workout is tailored to your skill level, no matter how fit, or unfit you are.
