At only $99/month CrossFit Vehemence gives you access to well thought out and top notch programming with unlimited access to our well trained coaches. In addition to our CrossFit program our facility has it all in a huge package. General training area with selectorized equipment, TRX, medballs, and even a therapy area for heat, ice, and stretching. The athletic lifting area is free weight heaven with multiple power racks, bench, Olympic lifting platform, and a full line of strongman gear and sleds to push on our indoor turf!
