CrossFit Waco

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

We first opened our doors January 2009, and have become the largest and most experienced CrossFit program in our area. Our facility offers 6,500 sq. ft. which includes the CrossFit area, Weight Lifting/Olympic Lifting Room, Locker room/Showers, and Front Desk area.

All of our coaches hold CrossFit Level 1 Certificates. Combined, our coaches offer over 10 years of CrossFit coaching experience. We hold a variety of certifications and degrees ranging from B.S. Kinesiology, Certified Mobility and Recovery, Personal Training Certifications, USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Coach, Certified C2 Rower Instructor, and CrossFit Running and Endurance Certification just to name a few.
