We are a top of the line, 4,000 square foot CrossFit Training Facility that specializes in group training, providing functional fitness to people of all ages and ability. We offer classes for kids, teens and adults of any ability level with class times starting at 5:30am until 7:30pm. A separate room is available where kids can do homework, watch movies or play with toys- all while you work out!

At CrossFit West Boca, we focus on good coaching and organization to make sure each member gets the attention they need in order to succeed. We provide an atmosphere where our members can be a part of a community, have fun, become healthy, stronger, and an all-around fitter human being. Whether you have experience in athletics and weight training or are just looking to get in shape for the first time, our program is for YOU.
