CrossFit West Whittier

CrossFit is different from other fitness groups because we don't specialize. In a few words it is "constantly varied functional movements executed in high intensity".

A CrossFit workout of the day or "W.O.D." contains three main elements:
1. Weightlifting
2. Gymnastics
3. Metabolic Conditioning
