SWEAT, THAT’S WHAT IT TAKES TO ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING IN LIFE. This is a community of people who enjoy and are willing to work up a sweat. If you are looking for a fad, you are in the wrong place. Looking for a gimmick, sorry not here. This is the real deal. It’s back to basics and putting your nose to the grind stone. Crossfit Yorktown is dedicated to a community of people seeking a challenge, who are willing to take it to the next level.

ALL OF OUR MEMBERS ARE SUCCESSFUL, BUT SUCCESSFUL IN HOW WE DEFINE IT. The commercials and fads show you a perfect body, which is how they define success. By doing that, they create a gap, a gap between that vision and where you are now. Most people try to close that gap and get frustrated and disillusioned because they cannot measure against that perfect body. We take a different approach. We measure backwards! If you are a little better today than you were yesterday, you are a success! That is our vision. Be a little better today than you were yesterday and you will be a success.

Some fitness articles claim that an hour working out adds an hour to your life. We embrace that thought. But we want you to add more life to your years and more years to your life.

INTIMIDATED? THINK YOU CAN’T DO IT? THAT’S OKAY. MAYBE YOU SHOULD BE. Every once in a while you should do something that scares you. SWEAT is a community of people dedicated to hard work. The only time you are looked down upon is when you are being offered a hand to help you up.

Our classes start with an Orientation, which introduces you to our methodology and program. Most people get hooked right away. You then move to 8 weeks of our Essentials class, where you build up your strength, stamina and cardio fitness level. After 8 weeks you move onto to our WOD (Workout of the Day), where you will enter a realm of elite fitness.

We are always looking to serve you our clients. Please give us constant feedback on how you are progressing and what you want from SWEAT. We are always searching for better techniques, programs and classes to improve ourselves, change it up and keep it exciting and challenging.
